“A Church of Restoration for All Nations”
Pastor Gregory Divinity, Sr. is a native of Utica, MS. He’s married to his high school sweetheart, Debra Divinity. They have 6 children. He's a graduate of New Orleans Theological Seminary and Belhaven College. He has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Master of Theological Studies. Pastor Divinity is a retired Major in the United States Military, where he faithfully served his country for over 30 years. He is the founder and pastor of New Vineyard Church, and he also serves as the Senior Administrator for the New Vineyard Academy.
Pastor Divinity’s love for people and passion for the lost stirs him to continue to implement ministries such as back-to-school drives, community feeding programs, ministry to the homeless, establishing the preschool, afterschool and K-3 grade programs, homes for the mentally challenged, and other ministries that express his concern for the betterment of people and our community.
He loves the Lord greatly and express how God saved him in 1995 and changed his life. He takes his calling and lifesaving experience very seriously. His favorite saying is “He’s able!"
New Vineyard is a very caring congregation that strongly believes in reaching out beyond themselves to spread and apply the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Here you will find a warm welcome and ample opportunity to grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
Our Church Family
New Vineyard Church is a very caring congregation that strongly believes in reaching out beyond themselves to spread and apply the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I am very pleased to be able to pastor such a great group of Christian families, and we would love for you to join us in our mission for the Kingdom of God.
Our congregation is made up of families of all ages who share together in a unique blend of Christian service. To “Stoop down and reach out to those who are oppressed. Share their burdens, and so complete Christ’s law. Right now, therefore, every time we get the chance, let us work for the benefit of faith.” Galatians 6:2,10 (The Message)

What We Believe
That the Holy Bible is the Word of the living God; true, immutable, steadfast, and unchangeable. (11 Tim. 3:16-17)
That there is but one true and living God; and that in the unity of the Godhead there are three, father, son and holy spirit. (IS 43:10, 1 John 5:7)
That while we were yet sinners Christ died for us, the just for the unjust; freely, and by divine appointment of the Father, taking the sinner’s place fully paying his penalty. (Titus 2:14)
That upon sincere repentance, godly sorrow for sin, and a whole-hearted acceptance of the Lord Jesus Christ, they who call upon Him may be justified by faith, through His precious blood. (1 John 1:9, Rom. 5:1,2)
That the baptism of the Holy Spirit is the incoming of the promised Comforter in mighty and glorious fullness to endow the believer with power from on high; to glorify and exalt the Lord Jesus. (Acts 1:5,8, Acts 2:4)
The divine healing is the power of the Lord Jesus Christ to heal the sick and the afflicted in answer to believing prayer (James 5:14-16)
That the second coming of Christ is personal and imminent and that He will descend from Heaven in the clouds of glory. (1 Thess. 4:1617)
That Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. (Heb. 13:8)
